Students from Liverpool Hope University have secured valuable work placement opportunities with leading employers from across the Liverpool City Region through the University’s annual Insight to Business Awards.
The awards, organised by Liverpool Hope Business School, celebrate student talent while strengthening partnerships between the University and regional businesses. The initiative provides current students and recent alumni with access to short-term paid placements designed to develop professional skills, build industry experience and support future career ambitions.
Working in collaboration with a range of influential organisations, the Business School offers participants the chance to engage directly with employers and gain insight into recruitment processes and workplace expectations. Students nominated for the programme are invited to apply for placement roles and take part in a series of employability workshops, including CV development sessions and mock interviews, helping them prepare for competitive graduate opportunities.
The successful candidates will now undertake their placements over the summer, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of sectors while building valuable professional networks within the region.
The Insight to Business Awards have become an important part of the Business School’s commitment to connecting students with industry and ensuring graduates leave university equipped with the practical skills and confidence needed for the workplace.
