Why study with us?

  • Accredited, career-focused degrees: several programmes are accredited or endorsed by CASES, BASRaT, the BPS, the CSP and MACP, or approved by the HCPC, so you graduate ready for professional practice.
  • Specialist facilities: biomechanics, exercise physiology, nutrition and body-composition laboratories, clinical teaching rooms and a physiotherapy simulation unit using both manikins and simulated patients.
  • Real-world experience: a public-facing Physiotherapy and Sport Rehabilitation Clinic, Hope Park Sports and a fully equipped Strength and Conditioning suite give you supervised, hands-on practice.
  • Research-informed teaching: you learn from staff whose research addresses musculoskeletal health and performance, and exercise physiology and nutrition, with behavioural and motor-control expertise running across both.
