Senior Administrator - Human and Digital Science - 4AHDS1A (Internal Applicants Only)
We are looking to recruit a proactive and highly organised Senior Administrator to provide and co-ordinate professional administrative support across the Schools within Human and Digital Sciences (HDS), including the School of Computer Science and the Environment, School of Psychology and School of Health and Sport Sciences.
Working closely with the University Executive Manager (UEM), academic colleagues and professional services teams, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering a range of administrative and operational activities across the schools, providing a professional service for staff and students and contributing to an excellent student experience.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or possess equivalent relevant experience and will demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to work independently, have a proactive, flexible approach and a strong commitment to delivering an excellent service.
It is essential that applicants have a strong background in administration, including organising meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking accurate minutes, and supporting committee processes. You will have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience of using higher education systems and processes such as SITS, Unit4 and Moodle.
