Interviews for posts within Liverpool Hope University can take place either at Hope Park or the Creative Campus. The below links provide directions to both venues. Please refer to your letter which will provide details of where your interview will take place.

Accommodation
If you require accommodation please contact People Services, in the first instance, by emailing hr@hope.ac.uk. Please include the post that you have applied for, and the dates that you require the accommodation for.
Expenses
Reasonable expenses for travel, either by private vehicle or using standard public transport facilities, will be reimbursed. The car park at the University is pay and display. The University assumes in good faith that if you attend an interview then you are committed to accepting the position should it be offered. If the offer is rejected then the University will expect you to bear the costs incurred for travel and subsistence. For those who do not receive an offer the University covers all reasonable travel costs. In order to claim reimbursement for your expenses please complete the form below, attaching receipts and/or travel tickets, and send it to the contact details outlined on the form. Please note that it can take up to 4 weeks for your claim to be processed.

Equipment
As part of the selection process you may be required to deliver a presentation.
The University provides equipment for candidates to deliver their presentation.
However, if you require any further equipment, please contact People Services on hr@hope.ac.uk in advance of your interview, outlining your requirements. In your email, please provide details of the post that you have applied for and the date and time of your interview.
Eligibility to work in the UK
The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 requires all employers to make basic document checks on every person they intend to employ. Employers who employ illegal workers are liable to significant financial penalties (and the attendant court case and negative publicity). By making these checks the University can be sure that it will not break the law by employing illegal workers and only employs people who are legally permitted to work in the UK. When you attend for interview, therefore, could you please bring with you:

Qualification Certificates
On the day of your interview you will be required to produce the original document or combination of documents of your qualification certificates; copies cannot be accepted. We will need to verify this information prior to any employment start date. If you do not provide the documents at your interview and you are successful then you will need to bring or send by post, prior to starting your employment, the required original documentation.
