We offer rates to suit all events and budgets. Whether it be half a day, a full day or a residential visit, we have the package for you.
Please note: Liverpool Hope University is a cashless campus and therefore cash payments are not accepted when paying invoices, or at outlets around the University (including bar facility).
Day delegate rates
All of our non-residential day delegate rates include as standard:
- meeting or seminar room hire
- a minimum of one serving of tea and coffee with biscuits
- two course lunch option of either a hot self-service or cold buffet
- hire of audio visual (AV) equipment including PC, projector and SMART boards in many rooms
- flip chart (on request).
Half day delegate rate: from £22.95 + VAT (£25.91)

Our half day delegate rate is charged per person and includes hire of a conference room, one serving of tea and coffee with biscuits, plus a two course lunch option of either a hot self-service or cold buffet.
Full day delegate rate: from £29.95 + VAT (£33.62)

Our full day delegate rate is charged per person and includes hire of a conference room, two servings of tea and coffee with biscuits, plus a two course lunch option of either a hot self-service or cold buffet.

We have a range of residential delegate rates to suit a variety of budgets. All of our residential delegate rates include as standard:
- meeting or seminar room hire

- hire of audio visual (AV) equipment including PC, projector and SMART boards in many rooms
- flip chart (on request).
Shared facilities single room
Meal plan: standard meal plan
- breakfast: 6-item
- lunch: 2 courses hot self-service or cold buffet
- evening meal: 3 courses self-service
- tea/coffee and biscuits: 2 servings throughout the day.
Rate per person: £75.95 + VAT (£89.21)
