We have a wide range of rooms and spaces available to hire across our campuses. We have a wide range of rooms and spaces to suit all events.

We offer rates to suit all events and budgets. Whether it be half a day, a full day or a residential visit, we have the package for you.

Please note: Liverpool Hope University is a cashless campus and therefore cash payments are not accepted when paying invoices, or at outlets around the University (including bar facility).

Day delegate rates

All of our non-residential day delegate rates include as standard:

• meeting or seminar room hire
• a minimum of one serving of tea and coffee with biscuits
• two course lunch option of either a hot self-service or cold buffet
• hire of audio visual (AV) equipment including PC, projector and SMART boards in many rooms
• flip chart (on request).

Half day delegate rate: from £27 + VAT (£30.72)

Our half day delegate rate is charged per person and includes hire of a conference room, one serving of tea and coffee with biscuits, plus a two course lunch option of either a hot self-service or cold buffet.

Full day delegate rate: from £35 + VAT (£39.45)

Our full day delegate rate is charged per person and includes hire of a conference room, two servings of tea and coffee with biscuits, plus a two course lunch option of either a hot self-service or cold buffet.

Additional options:

Residential delegate rates

We have a range of residential delegate rates to suit a variety of budgets. All of our residential delegate rates include as standard:

• meeting or seminar room hire
• a minimum of two servings of tea and coffee with biscuits
• two course lunch option of either a hot self-service or cold buffet
• hire of audio visual (AV) equipment including PC, projector and SMART boards in many rooms
• flip chart (on request).

24hr Standard Rate - Shared facilities single room

Meal plan: standard meal plan

• breakfast: 6-item
• lunch: 2 courses hot self-service or cold buffet
• evening meal: 3 courses self-service
• tea/coffee and biscuits: 2 servings throughout the day.

Rate per person: from £88.95 + VAT (£104.74)

24hr En-suite Rate - single room

EDEN suite double room - Single Occupancy 

Meal plan: standard meal plan

• breakfast: 6-item

Rate per person: from £127.45 + VAT (£221.62)

EDEN suite double room - Double Occupancy 

Meal plan: standard meal plan with 2 x servings per catering option:

• breakfast: 6-item
• lunch: 2 courses hot self-service or cold buffet
• evening meal: 3 courses self-service
• tea/coffee and biscuits: 2 servings throughout the day

Rate per person: from £188.90 + VAT (£221.62)
