Free Microsoft 365

You can download and install Microsoft 365 on up to 5 devices, including PC, Mac, Tablet and Phone.

Your license will remain active as long as you are a member of the University. Periodically, you will be prompted to sign in to confirm your membership and ensure continued eligibility for software access.

To access or download Microsoft 365

• Open your web browser and go to: https://www.microsoft365.com/login
• Enter your username in UPN format (e.g., username@hope.ac.uk) and click Next.
• Enter your password and click Sign In.
• Once logged in, click the Install and more button to explore cloud-based apps or install the Microsoft 365 apps on your PC or Mac.

After Leaving the University

When your studies conclude or you leave employment with the University, access to Microsoft 365 will be revoked.

Before you leave, ensure that you remove any personal data stored in OneDrive.

If you are a staff member, make sure that ownership of all work-related data is transferred to your line manager or another relevant colleague before your departure.
