The quickest and easiest way to apply is online. You should apply as soon as possible to make sure your money is ready for the start of your course.
The Faculty of Science has an outstanding commitment to research as indicated by its rich and vibrant postgraduate research environment and vast recent investments in the new state-of-Art facilities within the School of Health Sciences.
As part of its strategic research vision, the School of Health Sciences is offering a PhD Studentship in ‘Shoulder/Upper Limb Research’. A recent international Shoulder Rehabilitation Conference hosted by the School on the theme of ‘New Discoveries and Future Directions’ identified several knowledge gaps and challenges particularly in relation to the methodologies applied for the evaluation of shoulder function, underlying mechanisms in complex shoulder conditions, and availability of information to support the development and implementation of evidence-based rehabilitation protocols. Applications are invited from potential applicants to pursue PhD research in this very exciting and rapidly evolving field.
Please see our Shoulder Rehabilitation Studentship Project Scope for more information.
The deadline for full applications is on Wednesday 15th August 2019.
