Sports campaigns
Throughout the year Hope Park Sports gets involved with a variety of local & national sports and fitness campaigns.
Active Women
This Girl Can is one that we have been passionate about over the years and we have ran a number of programmes in association with Sport England's national campaign The This Girl Can campaign is a celebration of active women who are doing their thing no matter how well they do it, how they look or even how red their face gets. We want to help women overcome the fear of judgement that is stopping too many women and girls from joining in.
Our aim is to tackle the barriers females face in accessing sport and exercise.
As part of our programme of sport we offer female only sessions/activities in support of This Girl Can, keep an eye out for when they are happening.
Your Health is for Life
This year, UK active's initiative is 'Your Health is for Life'. As a team, we've put together some information regarding ways to prioritise your mental health, nutrition & recovery, and physical activity.
