Readiness to Exercise
At Hope Park Sports, we encourage everyone to enjoy regular physical activity while staying safe. For most people, becoming active is both safe and beneficial; however, some individuals may wish to consult their doctor before starting a new exercise programme.
Please read the following questions carefully. If you answer YES to one or more questions, we ask that you speak to your doctor BEFORE you begin using the sports and fitness facilities.
