Accommodation
If you're living in halls and have a problem check out our help page, there you'll find numbers to contact the Student Accommodation Team. You can also talk to the Senior Resident Tutor in your halls or contact the Residential Life Team

Counselling
All Hope students have access to professional and confidential counselling sessions.
Drop-in sessions of up to 20 minutes are available each week during term-time for students who want to talk to a trained counsellor, without the need for an appointment. Drop-in sessions are available at the following times:
- Hope Park 1st Floor, Gateway Building, Monday to Friday 12 noon – 2pm

Information and advice on all aspects of caring. Caring can present all kinds of challenges from filling in forms to coping with emotions. The Adviceline Team can provide information and advice on benefits and tax credits, carers' employment rights, carers’ assessments, services available for carers, how to complain effectively and challenge decisions.

FNF is a charity chiefly concerned with supporting all parents, dads, mums and grandparents to have personal contact and meaningful relationships with children following parental separation. Stop Hate Crime Helpline
The Stop Hate Line provides support to people affected by hate crime. A hate crime is any crime motivated by disability, gender identity, race, religion or sexual orientation.

National Equality Advice Line
The Helpline advises and assists individuals on issues relating to equality and human rights. It is provided by the Equality Advisory & Support Service. The EASS is government funded and replaced the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

Dyslexia helpline
Advice for pre-school children, pupils and students who are dyslexic in England and Wales. Run by the British Dyslexia Association.

ACAS Helpline
Helpline for workplace advice. ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) provides free and impartial information and advice to employers and employees on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law. It is funded by the government.

CALM – Campaign against Living Miserably
Offering support to men in the UK, of any age, who are down or in crisis. CALM offers an accredited confidential, anonymous and free support, information and signposting to men anywhere in the UK through our helpline. Calls are taken by trained staff who are there to listen, support, inform and signpost. CALM is the Campaign Against Living Miserably, a registered charity which exists to prevent male suicide in the UK.

James’ Place

MANWELL
MANWELL CIO is a charity which has been established to empower men of all ages in the Liverpool City Region and beyond to work together as a community, to understand, enhance and manage their own physical health, mental health and wellbeing.

RASA Merseyside
RASA is here for anyone who has been sexually abused or raped, or who has been affected by sexual violence at any time in their lives.
