If you have any comments, complaints or commendations, please fill in the form below. Feedback can also be provided via a comments card in the library, or in person to staff at service points or your Academic Services Librarian.
Library staff take all complaints seriously and where possible we try to resolve any problems straightaway. If this is not possible, your complaint will be referred to the appropriate member of staff who will investigate the issue. You will receive a response at the earliest opportunity, normally the next working day.
If you are not satisfied with the response that you receive you can contact Susan Murray, Director of Library and Learning Spaces (murrays@hope.ac.uk) who will respond within one week of receipt.
