Student Services Awards

A variety of projects will be advertised and students will submit their applications directly to the Project Lead; this could be in an Academic School, Student Support and Well-being or an Administrative department.

The projects will provide students with a Mentor, a thorough training programme relevant to the project, the opportunity to develop professional and transferable skills and will enhance their portfolio of employment experience.

Successful students will be offered a Bursary of £1,200 paid in two equal instalments; the first after the initial project training has been completed (usually within 2 weeks) and the second after successfully completing the whole project. Each project will last around 8 weeks and will start as near to the end of February as possible.
